Overview
41 Warchanter / 28 Liberator / 7 Paladin. The premier PvP support healer — keeps allies alive through stand-on-target HoTs, reactive heal procs, and constant mouseover spam. Your job is to not die: Phalanx saved for emergencies, Defend running constantly, and Tactical Rest never cancelled.
Rotation
Spam the I'm With You! mouseover macro on your heal target constantly — this is your primary heal engine. Apply Stand Tall! to your main target and keep it there; don't waste energy swapping unless you have to. Use Bond of Brotherhood on cooldown — it procs twice on Stand Tall! targets for an extra 15% heal each. Cast Liberation Treatment for the HoT and healing-received buff. Use Tactical Rest on cooldown for energy and DO NOT CANCEL THE CHANNEL — with Physiology Proficiency (level 62 mastery) you land 3 critical finisher hits after the channel ends, restoring additional energy. Use Catch Your Breath! when you're out of energy and Tactical Rest is on cooldown, but only if you're standing still.

Key Abilities
- Tactical Rest REQUIRED. Main energy ability — use it whenever it's off cooldown. Never cancel the channel. Physiology Proficiency (level 62 mastery) gives 3 critical finisher hits after the channel, which restore additional energy.
- Stand Tall! REQUIRED. Place on your main heal target to get the full healing benefit. Takes energy — don't constantly swap targets unless you need to.
- Bond of Brotherhood REQUIRED. Procs an additional 15% heal per heal, and double-procs on Stand Tall! targets. Use on cooldown, always.
- Liberation Treatment REQUIRED. Applies a HoT and increases healing received from non-Liberator heals. Keep it up.
- Defend REQUIRED. High-uptime defensive. Short enough cooldown to run almost constantly — use it whenever you need it.
- Phalanx REQUIRED. Your most important personal defensive cooldown. Save it for when you genuinely need to survive — do not waste it on light pressure.
- Catch Your Breath! Energy recovery when Tactical Rest is on cooldown. Only worth using if you're standing still and not under heavy pressure. Can be added to the end of the spam macro to auto-cast it.
- Redress Heal buff — use when you need a stronger push on healing output.
- I'm Your Shield! Similar to Defend but with a much longer cooldown. Emergency use only.
- Stand and Fight! Combat resurrection. Use to bring fallen allies back mid-fight.
- Get In There! Cleanse. Almost never worth the energy cost — use it specifically against Shaman debuffs and almost nothing else.
- Conflict Avoidance Small AoE stun around yourself. Rarely used — available when you're being focused and need space.
- Thunderous Leap Damages and interrupts on landing. Situational — save it for Warlocks and Inquisitors.
Tips & Notes
- Minimum viable kit: Tactical Rest, Stand Tall!, Bond of Brotherhood, Liberation Treatment, Defend, Phalanx. Master these six before worrying about anything else.
- Never cancel Tactical Rest. Physiology Proficiency (level 62) gives 3 crit finisher hits after the channel ends that restore energy.
- Stand Tall! only delivers full healing on targets you placed it on. Swapping targets costs energy and loses the double-proc from Bond of Brotherhood.
- Bond of Brotherhood double-procs on Stand Tall! targets — this is a significant healing boost, use it every cooldown.
- Catch Your Breath! is for standing-still energy emergencies only. Not worth it if you're moving or under pressure.
- Phalanx is a survival cooldown, not a rotation button. Hold it until you genuinely need to stay alive.
- Get In There! burns energy for a cleanse that rarely matters. Shaman debuffs are the main exception.
